Fatigue Test System

With our fatigue testing system, we precisely measure the durability of chassis main components, particularly the swing arm, under static and dynamic loads, ensuring quality and safety in our automotive solutions.

Climate Test Chamber

Our climate test chamber is a state-of-the-art facility capable of simulating temperatures ranging from -42°C to +82°C and positioning the vehicle platform at inclined angles; it tests the durability of automotive components by conducting various tests, primarily focusing on close/open durability.

Integrated Product Control System

Our Integrated Product Inspection System quickly and accurately inspects automotive metal chassis parts on the production line, creating 3D models using Laser-Triangulation to provide a flexible and reliable quality process.

Regional Fastening System

Steel, aluminum, and composite materials, which are widely used in the automotive industry, are combined in different thicknesses with innovative and optimized geometries; thus, the parts deliver high performance and are safely integrated into the production process.

Quality Measurement System

Our Industry 4.0-compatible image processing-based quality control system performs high-precision measurements on metal parts as they exit the production line, classifying them as OK/NOK; thus ensuring quality and optimizing production processes.

Mechanical Tests

Our tensile testing machine and video extensometer system accurately assess the yield strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and mechanical properties of automotive components. Additionally, our microhardness measurement capability allows us to reliably check the hardness of components and weld inspections.

Macro/Micro Structure Imaging

Our macro and microstructure inspection capabilities enable us to reliably control quality and durability by accurately assessing the internal structure of automotive parts and welds. Our expertise in usingelding Expert digitizes weld analysis, enabling fast, precise, and reliable quality control in automotive production processes.

Additive Manufacturing System

Our Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) system offers safe, high-performance, and lightweight solutions by utilizing metal wire material with minimal waste, thanks to robot-controlled arc welding and layered production technology. This innovative approach maximizes the efficiency of our production processes while also elevating sustainability to the highest level.
