eyçelik Gestamp Şasi A.Ş., operating in a 71,000 m² , Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis S.A. operates in a closed area of 71,000 m² and manufactures products using high technology and robotic automation cold forming, robotic MIG/MAG welding, cathodic dip painting, pre- and post-cathodic dip painting machining, and bushing processes with more than 350 robots. Supported by an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles) transportation system, the production facilities manufacture swing arms, engine cradles, rear axles, chassis carrier arms, and trunk lid mechanisms designed by Beyçelik Gestamp Chasis.
În 2017, unitatea de producție MPO România a fost achiziționată de Grupul Beycelik Gestamp, care a devenit acționarul majoritar al companiei.
Gestamp Beycelik România este o companie multinațională care activează în sectorul auto, înființată prin colaborarea dintre compania turcă Beycelik și compania spaniolă Gestamp. Aici se fabrică piese presate și componente din tablă. Prin proiectarea de produse inovatoare, Gestamp Beycelik Romania susține proiectarea de componente auto mai sigure și mai ușoare, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea unor principii fundamentale, precum îmbunătățirea siguranței umane, reducerea consumului de energie și protejarea mediului.

Our Competencies
Activități principale
At our Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis II and Chassis 3 factories in the Kocaeli region, we manufacture chassis using our various integrated welding and assembly production lines, press park, cathodic dip coating lines, and integrated machining centers. In line with Industry 4.0, we can track all processes end-to-end for all products.
With Industry 4.0, R&D, and all the necessary technological infrastructure in place at our chassis factories, we have the capability to produce all chassis parts for electric vehicles.

Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis opened Turkey’s first R&D Center in the chassis sector in 2021.
Located at the facility that holds the title of Europe’s largest chassis factory, the R&D Center focuses on:
- Innovative Chassis Designs and Materials
- Digitalization, Image Processing, and Predictive Maintenance
- Test Operations and Digital Twin
- Weldability Analyses
- Static and Dynamic Fatigue Tests
- Innovative Joining Technologies are prioritized.
Closely following today’s modern technologies and integrating them into its operations, Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis has adopted continuous innovation and development as its primary goal.
With its innovative approach, it was a finalist in the 2022 TİM İnovaLİG – Innovation Leaders competition, Turkey’s most comprehensive innovation event. In 2024, it won the Innovation Resources Turkey Second Place Award. In addition, at the 2023 Productivity Project Awards organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, it was awarded third place in Turkey in the Digital Transformation Category for its productivity-enhancing work on production lines. This award is the result of the innovative solutions developed by the Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis R&D Center on production lines using innovative technologies and strategies, in line with its goal of optimizing production processes and increasing work efficiency.

At Beyçelik Gestamp Chassis Factory, manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, using customer-focused processes based on the principles of quality, cost, and delivery. In addition, the relevant standard requirements are met in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Information Security (ISO 27001).
