Technology & Tooling Plant
Beyçelik Gestamp’s production facility, located in the Bursa Technology Organized Industrial Zone (TEKNOSAB) and covering a total enclosed area of 73,000 m² of enclosed space, Beyçelik Gestamp Technology and Mold conducts design, feasibility, and manufacturing activities related to hot and cold sheet metal forming mold technologies in an international context within an enclosed area of 11,000 m².
Sheet Metal Forming, Steel Service Center, and Assembly Plant
Beyçelik Gestamp’s production facility, located in the Bursa Technology Organized Industrial Zone (TEKNOSAB) with a total enclosed area of 73,000 m², houses the Sheet Metal Forming, Steel Service Center, and Assembly Plant, which operate across an area of 50,000 m².
Hot Stamping & G1 Plant
Beyçelik Gestamp Hot Forming and G1 Plant operating in closed area of 23,318 m² in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone. Founded in 2011 as the first hot stamping facility of Turkey in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone, Beyçelik Gestamp Hot Stamping Plant produces high strength sheet metal parts with 5 hot stamping lines, cooling units and robot automation technologies. G1 & Hemming Line operating manufactures with robot automation, 2,000 tons capacity press line and assembly cells for pressing the outer surface panel sheets in the automotive industry and for assembly of the upper surface.
Assembly Plant
Beyçelik Gestamp Assembly Plant operates in the Organized Industrial Zone, covering a closed area of 40,500 m². The Assembly Plant manufactures products using hot and cold-formed sheets of varying thicknesses and strengths, employing robot-automated resistance welding, gas shielded welding, and five-axis laser cutting processes.
Chassis Plant
Beyçelik Gestamp Şasi A.Ş. operates in a closed area of 71,000 m² at two different factories, producing with high technology and robotic automation cold forming, robotic MIG/MAG welding, cathodic dip painting, pre- and post-cathodic dip painting machining, and bushing processes using more than 350 robots. Supported by an AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicles) transportation system, the production facilities manufacture swing arms, engine cradles, rear axles, chassis carrier arms, and trunk lid mechanisms designed by Beyçelik Gestamp Şasi.
Romania Plant
Having a total of 50,000 m² of indoor space at two production facilities in Piteşti, Romania, Beyçelik Gestamp Romania manufactures pressed and welded sheet metal parts and components.
Yeniköy Plant
Located in Başiskele, Kocaeli, the Beyçelik Gestamp Yeniköy Factory operates in a 25,000 square meter enclosed area. Equipped with 180 robots, laser welding expertise, and state-of-the-art technology,it carries out assembly production.
Roll Form and Mechanism
Steelform Gestamp Automotive Inc., operating in a total enclosed area of 24,000 m² in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone and Teknosab, manufactures standard and high-strength sheet metal, as well as pipe and aluminum forming.Çelikform Gestamp designs and manufactures profile door glass frames, sliding door rails and mechanisms, lock mechanisms, and vehicle crash safety crossbars using special processes and machines developed by Çelikform Gestamp.
