At Beyçelik Gestamp, we want to see more young people in our workforce. If you want to embark on this adventure with us, you can apply to the #Gençdostum program during the relevant period!

If you are in your final year of university, want to learn new things, and are looking for an opportunity to apply what you have learned at school, we are waiting for you.

In the Young Friend program, we want you to be our team/work colleague for 10 months and take part in projects we will be launching in various departments.

Throughout the process, you can get information on anything you need from mentors who will guide you, find opportunities to work with dynamic teams, and take your first step towards your dreams and career with us.
