The rules of work ethics that the employees of the Beyçelik Gestamp must comply with, are determined by the Beyçelik Holding’s Ethics Committee. Compliance with Work Ethics Rules is the responsibility of all employees, giving guidance on complying with the rules is of the managers. Notifications of employees of the Beyçelik Gestamp or of third parties to the Ethics Committee are kept confidential. Investigation and inquest is conducted within the framework of the Code of Conduct of the Ethics Committee and in confidentiality.
